Jonathan Benelli is an attorney with experience in complex litigation, strategic negotiation, and dispute resolution.

Prior to founding Benelli Law, he represented clients in California litigation involving construction defect claims, business and real estate disputes, trust litigation, insurance defense, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury matters.

He later spent nearly a decade in sales leadership roles at technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area, negotiating strategic commercial relationships with Fortune 500 executives.

After relocating to Hawaii, he founded Benelli Law to provide practical and sophisticated counsel in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and complex disputes.
